About Us

Robbi-Ann (Robbi) Cook, CAE  has 25 plus years’ experience in not-for-profit association management, serving both the professional and trade society communities. 

Her passion for association management grew after spending many years in the corporate business world. While working as a litigation paralegal, she was offered the opportunity to run a construction trade association as their chief executive officer and the rest is history. 

Associations offer a unique and customized opportunity for members to grow their career, advocate for their profession, and engage with a network of colleagues who can offer guidance, mentoring and support. Robbi finds her passion assisting volunteer leaders in creating engaged and relevant organizations by partnering to provide exceptional association management services.

Robbi graduated summa cum laude from Central Penn College with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal certification degree from Penn State University. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a member of the American Association of Medical Society Executives (AAMSE) and holds a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP®) designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
